Tatum Winters was able to walk onto first, but following batter Abby Johnson hits ball straight into left field for second out of inning. Winters attempts to steal base while DeTar is up to bat but gets caught Entering the bottom of the fifth, Henderson State closed out the win adding the eighth run of the afternoon on a fly out to center field with a runner scoring on the play for the 8-0 victory over the Rangers.
